Once you're ready to go, we schedule a project start date. And you will receive a project schedule.


On that start date, we begin with demolition of the existing floors. If reinforcement of the under laying support beams is needed, we will likely discover it during demolition.


After demo is installation of your new wood floors! It always comes as bare wood with no stain or color so don't be alarmed that it doesn't look amazing yet. After we install is when we stain and seal the new floors for a beautiful shine!
